Construction Laborer

Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for dependable Construction Laborers to assist with a variety of construction and jobsite tasks. This is a hands-on position for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, using basic hand tools, and supporting skilled tradespeople and crews.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and jobsite cleanup
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Use basic hand and power tools as directed
• Assist skilled workers with various construction tasks
• Measure, carry, and position materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Must be able to pass any required screening

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $16.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience and job requirements
• Full-time and temporary opportunities may be available
• Overtime may be available depending on the project
