Physical Therapist (DPT) | Outpatient Orthopedics

Total Compensation: $85k-$120k

Our client is currently looking for a warm, motivated Physical Therapist to join a well-established, multi-specialty orthopedic practice serving communities around the Cranford, NJ area.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with physicians, physiatrists, and other clinicians to deliver truly comprehensive patient care
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and abilities
• Track patient progress over time and fine-tune care plans as recovery evolves
• Guide patients and their families through home exercise programs and long-term treatment education
• Keep clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
• Apply hands-on therapeutic techniques and modalities to speed recovery and reduce pain
• Perform detailed evaluations of new patients' mobility, strength, and functional limitations

What We're Looking For:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent advanced PT degree from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted New Jersey PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a caseload independently
