We are looking for a skilled and dependable Welder/Fitter to join our metal fabrication team. This position is responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling structural steel and metal components according to drawings, measurements, and job specifications. You will work as part of a welding/fitting team, primarily handling both basic and complex structural welding projects, as well as manufacturing assembly using a combination of manual and automated tools. Travel to different job sites is rare.
Responsibilities
- Perform fitting and welding of structural steel and metal components
- Assemble metal parts according to blueprints and job specifications
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Operate manual and automated welding equipment
