Quality Auditor 3rd Shift

We are looking for experienced candidates to fill multiple machine operator positions. Our manufacturing facility has been designed to provide a world-class work environment that features highly automated, flexible work centers, on-line and off-line assembly cells, quality lab, training center, warehouse, bulk material silos, and underground utilities.

Hours:

3rd - $18.65/hr - 10:50PM - 7:20AM

Responsibilities:

· Assist in training new operators to work instructions

· Coordinating GP-12, 100% sorts including 100% work instructions and review and publishing of data.

· Daily review of data related to high scrap, product on hold, and GP-12 products

· Assist in the implementation of corrective actions

· Monitor process performance, efficiencies, scrap rate and quality performance.

· Quality-Audit product per audit plan and 100% list for quality assurance.

· Audit all finished goods boxes and verify on production label.

· Lead and audit various types of re-work processes.

· Participate in quality corrective action processes.

· All other duties asked by your supervisor.

· Customer PPM’s internal / external

· System audits

· Timely review of system data

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of plastic injection molding manufacturing

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the workforce

· Time management, organizational skills

· Team-building skills

· Problem Solving Skills
