Sarica Manufacturing is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of our equipment and facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Respond to equipment failures and maintenance needs, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and assist with repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Facility & Property Maintenance: Help maintain the facility, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Project Support: Assist with equipment installations, facility improvements, maintenance projects, and scheduled shutdown activities.
• Problem Solving: Investigate equipment concerns, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts across the plant.
• Communication & Teamwork: Work closely with production personnel and leadership to address maintenance needs and provide updates on repairs and projects.
• Safety Focus: Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you need:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Enjoy working with equipment, tools, and mechanical systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to identify solutions.
• Willingness to Learn: Open to training and developing new maintenance and technical skills.
• Dependability: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative when addressing maintenance needs.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Works well with others and communicates effectively.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Related Experience Preferred: Manufacturing, automotive, construction, farming, military, trade school, or other hands-on mechanical experience is helpful, but not required.
