Seeking a Civil Engineer Supervisor/Manager to join our Civil Engineering Department. This position provides leadership and oversight for civil engineering projects, staff, and departmental operations. The Civil Engineer Supervisor/Manager is responsible for managing project execution, supporting business development efforts, mentoring and developing team members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, demonstrated project management experience, and the ability to effectively lead and develop engineering staff. This position serves as a resource for project teams while helping drive department growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Civil Engineering Project Manager / Department Leader responsible for managing multiple civil engineering projects from planning through construction, while leading and mentoring technical staff. The role oversees project scope, budgets, schedules, quality, technical deliverables, and client relationships, while supporting business development and departmental growth.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

7–14 years of progressive civil engineering experience

PE license strongly preferred

Proven project management and staff leadership experience

Consulting engineering experience preferred

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Knowledge of permitting and regulatory requirements

Strong budgeting, scheduling, client management, and business development skills.
