Working Electrical Foreman – Colorado & Wyoming
Monad is hiring an experienced Working Electrical Foreman for electrical construction projects throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Commercial, Industrial & Oil and Gas.
This is a hands-on foreman position. You’ll be expected to work alongside the crew, keep the job moving, coordinate materials, and lead apprentices in the field.
Pay
- $43–$55/hour
- $12/hour per diem
- Travel throughout Colorado and Wyoming is required
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead small crews of electricians and apprentices
- Plan and lay out electrical installations
- Read prints, specifications, and project documentation
- Install conduit, cable, electrical equipment, panels, controls, and related systems
- Develop material lists and help manage jobsite stock
- Troubleshoot and test electrical systems
- Keep work compliant with NEC requirements and project specifications
- Coordinate daily work to keep the project safe, organized, and productive
- Train and assist apprentices in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Current Journeyman Electrician license in Colorado or Wyoming, or ability to obtain reciprocity
- Electrical construction experience
- Previous experience leading a crew
- Ability to read prints and understand electrical installations from layout through completion
- Working knowledge of the NEC
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel for project
Safety Requirements:
OSHA 10, PEC SafeLand, and applicable equipment certifications may be required depending on the project. Candidates must be able to pass required pre-employment background, drug and alcohol screening.
