Position: Truck Operator/Trimmer

Location: Troy, AL

Pay: $18 to $23/hour

Experience:

• 2 years of experience operating bucket trucks and aerial lift equipment.
• Previous work with a ROW company or residential tree service strongly preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Clark Personnel is seeking a Truck Operator/Trimmer to join a growing and dynamic team! This role is responsible for operating a 65-foot bucket truck, performing tree trimming and removal tasks, and using specialized equipment such as hydraulic speed‐saws. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in right‐of‐way (ROW) vegetation management or residential tree service.

Job Description:

• Safely operate a bucket truck for daily tree trimming and removal activities.
• Operate a 65’ aerial bucket to access trees at various heights.
• Utilize a hydraulic speed‐saw and other trimming equipment with precision and care.
• Perform tree pruning, removal, and debris cleanup.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues immediately.
• Follow all right‐of‐way vegetation management regulations and safety protocols.

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred but not mandatory unless specified).
• Ability to safely operate saws, hydraulic tools, and trimming equipment.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
