Intake Coordinator will screen and set appointments with potential clients in our Criminal Defense Department and will gather information and facts for Attorneys. Duties will include tracking appointments and leads, outbound follow-up, and MUST possess excellent customer service skills. Duties will also include providing stats and reports to Management. Must be familiar with Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Programs. The ideal candidate needs to be very positive, confident, and able to communicate effectively. Must be willing to work in a team environment. Excellent salary and bonuses for the qualified candidate. In addition, health benefits and PTO. Bilingual is preferred but not required.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Criminal Defense Law.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Strong communication skills; patient, empathetic, good listener, professional and friendly.
  • Bilingual preferred
