Assembly Operator

Position: Assembler

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products, parts, and components using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures.
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production and performance goals.
• Report defective materials or equipment issues to a supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
