Electrical Estimator

Pitt Electric a well-known electrical contractor in eastern NC for almost 40 years, is growing, and expanding our footprint. We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator for our Charlotte branch. If you have successfully estimated commercial projects for a reputable firm we want to speak with you! Position Summary:

This individual will work with support from the rest of the Pitt Electric organization to estimate projects and submit bids.

Project Management Responsibilities Include:

• Works closely with Customer Leadership and the rest of the Pitt Electric to team estimate projects and submit bids for the success of the organization.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Pitt Electric policies and procedures, with regard to safety, personnel matters, job performance, and equipment usage

Required Experience/Education/Proficiency:

- 5 years of Estimating experience, to include multi-million-dollar jobs

- 4 years of experience, using estimating software, e.g. Accubid or EBM

- Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations

- Proficient PC skills; including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management scheduling software.
