Litigation Paralegal Needed!

Locations: Century City (Los Angeles) or San Francisco, CA
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office per week)

The Cyperus Group is partnering with a prestigious global law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its highly regarded Dispute Resolution practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated litigation team and support attorneys through all phases of complex civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage document productions, privilege logs, and litigation case files.
• Prepare, proofread, cite-check, and file briefs and court documents.
• Conduct legal and factual research, including Westlaw research.
• Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.
• Support depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Assist with eDiscovery and document management platforms.
• Coordinate case logistics and court filings as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm environment.
• Strong cite-checking and legal proofreading skills.
• Experience with both state and federal court filings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
