We are currently hiring Fabricators to work for our client located in Franklin Park
1st and 2nd shift: Temp to Hire Position
Monday to Friday
6:00am-2:30pm &
2:30 to 11 pm
$22/ hour
This position is responsible for the wiring of panel boards related to low and medium voltage switchgear for the manufacture of products to satisfy customer orders.
Fabricator Job Duties:
- Electrical controls panel and Buss wiring
- Follow wiring diagrams and schematics
- Install pre-wired panel into control box
- Terminate wiring based on schematics
- Diagnose and troubleshoot
- Read, and understand blueprints, schematic drawings to determine wiring layout
- Inspect parts to find defects and ensure quality
- Ensure proper protective equipment is worn at all times and tools, or other equipment is used based on the task
- Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lifting heavy material repetitively without assistance
- Ability to operate dolly, pallet jack, carts and other warehouse equipment Work environment:
- The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times
- Must have manufacturing experience, basic knowledge with blueprints and math skills.
