Electrical Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for preparing and completing bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. As the Manager for projects, will work with other Project Managers/Estimators, suppliers and customers to submit the estimate and see the project through to completion. This position may lead and direct the activities of Field Personnel and oversees all project activity while maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring that projects are completed timely, to the customers’ satisfaction and expectations.

Experience/Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

Electrical License in NC preferred

Other Requirements:

4 year’s Experience in estimating or in closing construction estimates.

1 year Experience in Estimating software.

1 year Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office programs.

4 years Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or engineer design drawings

4 years Ability to perform arithmetic calculations required for estimating.
