We’re looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who works well independently, solves problems efficiently, and delivers great customer care.

Leadership Track: Clear pathway to transition from the field into Plumbing Service Manager within 12 months.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle residential service, repairs, drain clearing, water heaters, and fixture installs across Ocean & Monmouth Counties.
  • Troubleshoot issues accurately and educate clients on solutions without sales quotas.
  • Work independently in the field while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
  • HVAC experience is a plus!
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
