We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Yacht / Marine Hydraulic Technician or Apprentice in Oakland Park, FL. What You’ll Do

• Assist lead technicians with the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of marine hydraulic systems and control components on yachts and vessels.
• Learn diagnostic procedures, component rebuilding, hydraulic hose routing, and fluid management.
• Work with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment in workshop and dockside environments.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
• Prior experience with hydraulics, mechanics, automotive, or marine systems is a plus, but not required for candidates willing to be trained.
• Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of working on vessels and in service environments.
