- Minimum 4 years experience in residential architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience in both new construction design and remodeling & addition projects
- Need to be able to design floor plans and elevations.
- Need to be able to draft wall sections, building sections, and roof plans.
- Experience with documenting as-built conditions
- Accuracy & attention to detail is a priority.
