Concrete Grouting & Patching Laborer

We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking Concrete Grouting & Patching Laborer to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform concrete grouting, patching, and repair work
• Fill cracks, voids, holes, and damaged concrete areas
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, chipping, and removing loose material
• Mix and apply grout, patching compounds, and other repair materials
• Finish repaired areas to meet project specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Qualifications:

• Previous concrete, grouting, patching, masonry, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
