The Assembly Associate is a vital member of a small production team, responsible for efficiently assembling components while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Reporting directly to the floor supervisor, this role involves hands-on work with hand tools and requires occasional overtime. This position offers valuable opportunities for skill development within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to specifications
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Maintain safety compliance throughout all tasks
• Set up and organize workstations efficiently
• Report production progress and issues to supervisor

C SHIFT:

Monday-Wednesday

6:00 am - 6:00 pm

D SHIFT:

Friday - Sunday

6:00 am - 6:00 pm

• Entry-level experience in manufacturing or assembly
