Development & Property Operations Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Development & Property Operations Coordinator to serve as a
field representative for a real estate developer throughout Sevier County and the surrounding
areas.
This is a unique role combining real estate development, property operations, maintenance, and
customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving between active development
sites and vacation rental properties, coordinating with contractors and vendors, reviewing plans,
documenting progress, helping resolve issues, and making sure day-to-day operations are
running smoothly.
This person will act as the developer’s eyes and ears in the field and should be professional,
reliable, organized, practical, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks from
identification through completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Regularly visit active construction sites and report on progress, quality, scheduling, and
outstanding items.
• Take site photos, document conditions, prepare updates, and follow outstanding items
through completion.
• Read and understand architectural drawings.
• Represent the developer professionally in the field when communicating with project
partners.
• Assist with the ongoing operation and upkeep of vacation rental properties.
• Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting when appropriate.
• Determine when specialized work should be referred to a qualified contractor and help
coordinate that work.
• Occasionally respond to maintenance issues affecting vacation rental guests.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests when necessary and help
resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be comfortable traveling locally between multiple construction sites and
properties throughout Sevier County and surrounding areas.
