Location: Greenwood, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Worker to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.52/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing
- Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; record details using RF scanners and WMS
- Organize and store products; perform inventory counts and audits for accuracy
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, scissor lifts, and walkie riders
- Follow safety policies, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members, participate in training and continuous improvement activities
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment; report malfunctions or safety concerns
- Process and document returns according to company procedures; update system info accordingly
- Support quality assurance measures and assist in process improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Basic computer skills; experience with WMS, RF scanners, and forklift operation preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety awareness
- Effective communicator with team and supervisors
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Cherry Picker operation
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency
- RF scanner familiarity
- Forklift and cherry picker skills
