Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Valid state licensure for SLP or SLPA
• Experience in school-based settings preferred; healthcare background a plus
• Comfort with teletherapy and technology-based service delivery
• Pediatric caseload experience, ideally in school environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in mostly elementary, with some middle school settings
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress toward therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support student success
• Provide both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Support school staff with training or resources regarding communication disorders
