Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments for students presenting with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to specific student needs
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve their communication goals
  • Diligently monitor and document each student's progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and holistic care
  • Involve and educate families, fostering participation in students’ therapy journeys

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive independently as well as within a collaborative team environment

Candidates must have an active state-approved license in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master’s degree (or higher) in the field.
