Make an impact working with elementary students in a dynamic school environment as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CF). This onsite role offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a supportive setting, collaborating with educators and helping students develop vital communication skills. The assignment is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, running through late May 2027.

Qualifications

  • Current, active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification required (either is accepted initially; both will ultimately be needed)
  • Open to licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLAs) with GaPSC certification
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome
  • Experience in elementary school settings is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic about working onsite with school-aged children

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement IEP goals, maintain documentation, and participate in meetings with school teams and families
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Deliver engaging, individualized interventions that help students achieve their communication goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal, professional, and ethical standards
