Job Description

Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized educational plans
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Offer support, resources, and training to educators and family members regarding speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding student progress and needs
