Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in school settings and/or pediatric therapy highly valued
• Comfortable conducting teletherapy sessions in addition to in-person services
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Passion for fostering student growth and collaborating with educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, direct therapy, and progress monitoring for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of speech and language needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant, detailed documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Deliver therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms as needed
• Offer guidance and support to students, families, and school professionals
