Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience in school settings and/or pediatric therapy highly valued
- Comfortable conducting teletherapy sessions in addition to in-person services
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and collaborating with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, direct therapy, and progress monitoring for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of speech and language needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant, detailed documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Deliver therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Offer guidance and support to students, families, and school professionals
