Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based or teletherapy environments
- Strong clinical skills across evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for various communication disorders
- CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organization abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within an educational team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ unique needs and IEP goals
- Provide both one-on-one and small group therapy sessions in-person or via teletherapy platforms
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Consult with educators and parents to support students’ communication across learning environments
- Stay up to date with best practices and comply with all school and regulatory requirements
