Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator I to join our manufacturing and powder coating plant operations in Houston, TX. In this role, you will support daily production tasks, operate machinery, and adhere to strict safety and quality standards in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform entry-level (Level 1) production, assembly, and powder coating operations.
Monitor processing equipment and material handling in a powder coating and mining production environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with plant safety guidelines.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product mixing, loading, and finishing.
Complete required safety checks and equipment inspections daily.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must be able to pass a respirator fit test as required for safety protocols in powder coating areas.
Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or powder coating is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
