Kelly Services Job Opportunity: Customer Support & Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Onsite in Lansing, Michigan
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

Are you ready to join a team that values your expertise? Kelly Services is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Operations Specialist to support a dynamic sales team and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the sales force by sharing key information and metrics; assist customers and provide support.
  • Prepare daily action summaries, sales tracking reports, and monthly reporting; investigate sales and resolve discrepancies.
  • Compile and analyze data for sales presentations; create supporting materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries about products, pricing, promotions, and orders—via phone and email.
  • Maintain and update customer records with each interaction; process payments and orders swiftly and accurately.
  • Investigate order and inventory problems; communicate resolutions effectively to managers and customers.
  • Assemble, distribute, and process orders within established guidelines; achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Provide backup support for customer service; follow procedural expectations throughout the supply chain.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months to 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with reliable attendance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to accuracy and thoroughness in data management
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
