Are you ready to join a team that values your expertise? Kelly Services is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Operations Specialist to support a dynamic sales team and deliver exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the sales force by sharing key information and metrics; assist customers and provide support.
- Prepare daily action summaries, sales tracking reports, and monthly reporting; investigate sales and resolve discrepancies.
- Compile and analyze data for sales presentations; create supporting materials.
- Handle customer inquiries about products, pricing, promotions, and orders—via phone and email.
- Maintain and update customer records with each interaction; process payments and orders swiftly and accurately.
- Investigate order and inventory problems; communicate resolutions effectively to managers and customers.
- Assemble, distribute, and process orders within established guidelines; achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
- Provide backup support for customer service; follow procedural expectations throughout the supply chain.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel)
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with reliable attendance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to accuracy and thoroughness in data management
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
