Kelly Services is now hiring an Accounting Clerk on behalf of a leading packaging manufacturer in Medina, Ohio who can assist with the migration to a paperless office environment.
$20.00 - $24.00 (May pay higher based on experience)
7:30 am – 4:00 pm
(May be flexible but OT may be required in the beginning to catch up)

Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) duties including entering invoices, bills, orders, and contacting vendors as needed.
- Work with Sage (MAS 90/Sage 100) for various accounting activities.
- Assist with the transition from paper-based to electronic Bills of Lading (BOL), invoicing, and payments.
- Use basic Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Follow instructions and ask questions to clarify assignments as needed.
- MUST have experience with Sage (MAS 90/Sage 100).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn new tasks and processes daily.
- Accounting experience a plus; candidates with strong computer skills can be trained.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
