Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Illinois

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering physical therapy services to K-12 students in line with their IEP or 504 plans

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create effective therapy goals and intervention plans
• Providing training and recommendations to families, teachers, and school staff
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services, evaluations, and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development within the school environment
