  • Collaborate with external consultants to ensure alignment with the PAI Tiered Implementation Inventory
  • Deliver in-vivo coaching and real-time feedback to promote consistency and fidelity in evidence-based approaches
  • Facilitate skill transfer across autism support classrooms throughout the district
  • Guide teams in implementing individualized student programs and monitor adherence, offering corrective support when needed
  • Remain accessible during the critical back-to-school period to staff, students, and administration

Candidates must have:

  • Valid Pennsylvania educator certification in Special Education or a related field
  • Experience working with students with autism and familiarity with urban school environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for ASD
  • Previous work within K-12 school settings
  • Valid Pennsylvania clearances and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work onsite between 7:15AM–4:00PM; fixed schedule required
  • Comfort and adaptability within district settings
