Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates considered
- Prior experience in a school-based environment is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Develop and implement therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs and goals
- Monitor and document student progress, keeping thorough records
- Engage in regular communication with families and staff to facilitate student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to guide educational planning
