Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in an educational or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and compliance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and document services effectively

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to craft individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ needs in the classroom
• Provide direct therapy (individual and small group) and adapt interventions as needed
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate and advise teachers, parents, and caregivers regarding strategies and progress
• Contribute to a positive learning environment where every student has the chance to succeed
