Pharmacy Technician | Fresno, California

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy technician is needed to provide maternity leave coverage for a retail/community pharmacy setting located in a health center environment. This contract role is expected to last 5 to 6 months, starting between August 31st and September 8th.

Location & Commute:

• Position is based in Parlier, CA.
• Candidates will need to commute approximately 20+ minutes from Fresno, CA daily.
• Mileage reimbursement is not provided.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform pharmacy technician duties in a retail/community pharmacy environment.
• Support dispensing, medication preparation, and patient interactions within the health center setting.
• Assist with inventory management and maintaining accurate records using the Rx30 system.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy technician experience required.
• Proficiency with the Rx30 system preferred.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred but not required.
• Must demonstrate 100% reliability with punctuality and attendance; director requires presence every scheduled day without absence or tardiness.
