What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:
  • Safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and transport corrugated materials throughout the facility
  • Supporting inventory management by maintaining accurate records of material movement and storage
  • Delivering materials to production areas on time to ensure smooth operations
  • Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
  • Maintaining documentation for pallet tracking and inventory updates
  • Identifying and reporting damaged or defective materials to uphold product quality
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Possess a valid forklift operator’s certification and previous forklift experience (required)
  • Have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift materials for extended periods
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Are safety-conscious and adhere strictly to safety regulations and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
  • Have problem-solving abilities to address minor issues during operations
  • Experience in a corrugated sheet or box manufacturing facility is a plus
