About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused School Psychologist to join our school team in Spokane, WA. The School Psychologist will support students’ academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health needs while partnering with teachers, families, administrators, and other specialists to help every student succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
Participate in eligibility determinations and special education planning.
Provide individual and small-group counseling and behavioral support as appropriate.
Develop and implement interventions addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor student progress and make data-informed recommendations.
Support crisis prevention and intervention when needed.
Maintain accurate, confidential student records and documentation.
Provide consultation and professional development to staff on topics related to student mental health, behavior, and learning.
Follow district policies and applicable state and federal special education requirements.


Qualifications
Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Appropriate Washington State certification/credential for school psychology.
Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or educational setting preferred.
Strong communication, organization, assessment, and collaboration skills.
