Job Description
KELLY PEDIATRIC THERAPY is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for a local school district in Havre de Grace, MD. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering flexibility based on your availability and career goals.
This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting. You’ll work with students across the K–12 population, helping them develop communication skills and reach their academic and personal goals.
Position Highlights- School-based setting serving students in grades K–12
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Collaborative environment with teachers, school staff, and other related service professionals
- Provide speech and language evaluations, treatment, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and school teams
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

- Pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed
