Position Summary:

The Inventory Analysis and Reconciliation reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Manager. An inventory analysis and reconciliation compare physical stock to system and accounting records, identifying three key areas: physical count variances, financial ledger discrepancies, and root causes of shrinkage or errors. They play a key role in maintaining efficiency and organization within the warehouse.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Maintain control of accuracy, location and counts of material released and consumed by manufacturing and returned to Warehouse.

· Work with management to continuously present options to both control material but also improve operational use and visibility of material.

· Enforce that materials are returned to original stock location as that portion of the work order is completed

· Act as liaison between factory and kit release process.

· Ensure 1062 transactions are reconciled.

· Ensure KOGI metrics are in line with no KOGI remaining open more than 7 days.

· Monitor KOGI rate and alert management of underlying issues contributing to an increase.

· Report on a weekly basis shortages identified or created in manufacturing and root cause the shortage.

· Work with SAP operations to clear all transaction errors Ex. 0001, 1062, 1000, 8000.

· Monitor and report on transaction errors ensuring proper action if Kits are short, material pulled is not correct,

· Set up a process for kit pull to count the correct attrition levels.

· Monitor and report all delays in material transaction metrics.

· Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.


These tasks are performed in accordance with engineering instructions, company standard operating procedures, professional training, customer requirements, and individual experience. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications Required/Job Specifications:

· Preparing activity reports and other data input as required.

· Proficiency in SAP and ERP software, strong organizational skills, physical ability to lift heavy items, and forklift certification Specifically Stand-up Reach Forklift.

· High school Diploma or GED equivalence

· Or minimum of (2) years of material handling experience or equivalent to

· Possess a high level of integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.

· High attention to detail

· Proficient with PC-based software including Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.

· Effective organizational skills required; detail oriented; ability to multitask

· Possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.

· Ability to keep accurate documentation

· Ability to apply basic concepts of arithmetic

· Ability to use common sense to solve practical problems

· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees;

· Maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

· ESD, MSL, and Raw component handling

· Available to work the days and hours necessary to perform all assigned responsibilities and tasks. Must be available (especially during regular business hours or shifts) to communicate with supervisors, customers, vendors, and any other person or organization with whom interaction is required to accomplish work and goals.
