Job Description

In this contract role, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to foster positive outcomes for learners and make a meaningful impact from the very first day, starting August 12th.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist credential/certification, or eligibility for licensure
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavior management, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychoeducational assessments for students (PreK-12) to identify strengths and areas of need
- Participate as an active member of multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments and evidence-based interventions
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, federal, and state requirements
- Deliver counseling services and social-emotional learning initiatives to promote student success
