School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | San Francisco, California

Key Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience or interest in supervising SLPAs is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy for a caseload of approximately 40–50 students (caseload subject to change based on SLPA supervision duties)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform IEP development
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress tracking
• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
• Offer guidance and supervision to assigned SLPAs, if applicable
