Contents Restoration Technician

Newburyport, MA

First Shift Monday-Friday

Fulltime 20-24$

Key Responsibilities• Perform tasks related to contents jobs, including pack-out, inventory, storage, and pack-back
• Carefully pack, wrap, and move items to prevent damage
• Load, transport, and unload belongings safely
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed
• Perform debris removal and assist remediation crews
• Conduct detailed inventory using BKP tools and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Support contents restoration; pre-cleaning and cleaning tasksSkills & Qualifications• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to solve problems and think critically
• Team-oriented with strong customer interaction skillsBasic Requirements
  • 18 years or older
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Moving experience a plus
    • Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Frequent bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
