Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license and ASHA CCCs required
- Proven school-based experience working with preschool populations
- Strong ability to administer evaluations, develop measurable goals, and implement effective treatment plans
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Please note: This position is not open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLP Assistants (SLPAs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to preschool-aged students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Complete assessments, maintain accurate documentation, develop IEP goals, and participate in case conferences
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other special education professionals to ensure holistic support for every child
- Deliver engaging, individualized interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
