Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Minnesota
  • Prior experience in a K-12 school environment strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions for a variety of student needs
  • Collaborative spirit for teaming with educators and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students according to IEP and 504 plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and progress reports
  • Contribute to meetings and provide staff training as needed
  • Utilize adaptive strategies and tools to maximize student participation and growth
