You Will • Research and build call sheets of targeted customers in the market by leveraging tools like Linked In and resources including Candidates and current Consultants. • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to generate new leads. • Qualify inbound leads and determine their potential partnership for offered services. • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects. • Attend meetings set with the sales team. • Identify, develop, and communicate with new customers by leveraging resources including but not limited to CRMs and external networking tools. • Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospected interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to develop and refine outreach strategies. • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. • Continuously learn about our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Increase sales and market share through newly generated accounts. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
