Make a meaningful impact in early childhood education as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist serving young learners and their families near Saint Paul, MN. This unique role offers a dynamic blend of home-based assessments and in-classroom support in a preschool environment, providing the opportunity to use your expertise in a variety of engaging settings.

What You'll Bring:

  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Prior experience in schools or early intervention settings
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability for flexible scheduling
  • Familiarity with B-3 (birth to three) family interventions highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and educational staff
  • Ability to conduct assessments and therapy sessions both in homes and in schools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial Part C evaluations (approximately 50% of your caseload), requiring travel to family homes and flexibility with scheduling
  • Support a preschool classroom (approximately 25% of the role) by collaborating with teachers and providing direct therapy to students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP and IFSP requirements
  • Engage with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes for each child
  • Accurately maintain records, progress notes, and assessment documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed

This contract position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, roughly 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., ideal for professionals seeking balance and a rewarding, hands-on role working closely with families and educators.
