This position welcomes recent graduates and experienced clinicians alike, offering an inclusive path for both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-credentialed Speech-Language Pathologists.
Work full-time for 37.5 hours each week across two campuses, with your assigned caseload (K–6 or K–8) determined collaboratively during the interview process. New SLPs will find a supportive atmosphere, including provided supervision and mentorship, ensuring a positive experience for individuals beginning their professional journey.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants — supervision provided
- Consideration for SLPs with CCC credentials
- Previous school-based experience beneficial, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to a diverse student caseload in K–6 or K–8 grades
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform interventions
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families
- Maintain required documentation and progress data
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
