Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with state and district requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Hold, or be eligible for, a Virginia SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively on a collaborative team
