Payroll Specialist

Robert Half is partnering with a leading Boise-area organization to identify an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist for an immediate contract opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Process and audit U.S. and Canadian payroll
• Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies
• Manage adjustments, reporting, reconciliations, taxes, and compliance
• Partner with ADP and internal teams on payroll processing and garnishments
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency

3+ years of payroll processing experience

Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, auditing, and controls

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

English & Spanish fluency required; Portuguese a plus

Experience with ADP Vantage, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar systems preferred
