Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Telemetry / Med-Surg

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 45-bed Cardiac Telemetry/Medical-Surgical unit. This role provides patient-centered care to adult medical and cardiac patients in a collaborative acute-care environment.

Pay: $29.73–$43.20/hour based on experience
Shift Differential: $4.25/hour nights | $3/hour weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and throughout each shift and promptly report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor therapeutic responses, and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.
• Perform nursing procedures and maintain complete, timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• Experience from any nursing setting may be considered, including LTAC, Home Health, and other clinical settings.
• Active Florida RN license or approved compact RN license.
• Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days after relocation.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
